Misc / Other Related Information: A motorcycle operated by Mr. Simons, of Galloway Twp, was traveling east on Moss Mill Rd. when it attempted to overtake a Toyota operated by Kathy Eisele, of Galloway Twp as she was turning onto Vienna Ave. The area of the roadway in a no passing zone for east bound traffic.

Mr. Simons was taken to Atlantic Care Medical Center, City Division, for serious leg and internal injuries by the Galloway Twp Ambulance Squad. Mr. Simon was wearing a helmet, but it came off in the accident.

None of the occupants of the Toyota were injured, and were all wearing seatbelts. The other occupants of the Toyota are juveniles, their names, and ages were not available at this time.

Vienna Ave in the area of the accident was closed for about 2.5 hours.

The accident is still under investigation at this time, and the issuing of any summons is pending further investigation.
