Incident Location: Garden State Parkway N/B near mile marker 40.5

Arresting / Investigating Officer: Ptl. Vincent Ceci

Misc / Other Related Information: A 2009 Mitsubishi Galant was stopped by Ptl. Vincent Ceci for several motor vehicle violations at the above-mentioned location. Inside of the vehicle were the above-named suspects and another suspect who was later released. During the course of the stop, officers recovered a loaded Rossi .38 special revolver concealed inside of the vehicle. Subsequent investigation led to all of the above-named suspects being charged wtih Unlawful Possession of a Handgun, Hindering Apprehension, and multiple traffic offenses. Mr. Henderson and Mr. Robinson were also charged Possession of a Handgun by Convicted Felons. All suspects were lodged at the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of $20,000 bail for Henderson and Robinson and $12,500 for Carson.
