Misc / Other Related Information: Parrish was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation resulted in the discovery of a large quantity of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle consistent with distribution. Parrish was charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute as well as several motor vehicle violations. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $20,000 bail set by Judge Howard E. Freed. Officer Dan Weigle and Officer John Mooney assisted in the investigation.
