Misc / Other Related Information: A Jeep, operated by Mr. Collette, struck a bicycle operated by an 8 yr old Galloway boy on Pheasant Meadow Dr. in the Smithville section of the Twp. The boy was attempting to cross the roadway when he was struck. The boy was wearing a helmet, but it fell off as a result of the collision. The boy was flown to Cooper University Hospital in Camden by SouthStar for head injuries. While serious, his injuries did not appear life threatening.
