White Horse Pike (Studio Inn and Suites) Investigating Officer: Ptl. V. Ceci #82 Misc / Other Related Information: Officer Vincent Ceci conducted an investigation of suspicious activity at the Studio Inn on the White Horse Pike. As a result of this investigation Richard Martin, 20, of Egg Harbor City, was found to be in possession of a large quantity of heroin and cash consistent with distribution. He was charged with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to distribute. He was lodged in ACJF on $25,000 bail set by Judge Howard Freed.
