Incident Type: Hit and Run  

Date and Time of Incident: July 26, 2011 at 4:43AM  

Victim Gender / City / Age Only: Stanford Walker (20) from Pleasantville  

Accused name only when charged and arrested / City / Age: UNK.  

Incident Location by hundred block, no exact address: Rt. 30 the White Horse Pike and the Garden State Parkway  

Arresting / Investigating Officer: Cpl. Greg Bollinger and Ptl. Patrick Neal  

Misc. / Other Related Information:         THIS IS AN UPDATE!  

Mr. Walker was struck by a vehicle while walking eastbound along the White Horse Pike. He is still in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Atlantic City Regional Medical Center City Campus in Critical Condition. He was struck by an eastbound vehicle that as of yet has not been identified. We are looking for the publicís help in locating the driver responsible for this tragedy. If anyone witnessed this accident, or a suspicious vehicle in this area around the time of the accident, please contact the Galloway Township Police Department. We are also looking for anyone that is aware of Mr. Walkerís activity prior to the accident.

This was the 13th pedestrian accident so far this year and the 7th on Rt. 30 the White Horse Pike.
