Snuffer GTPD Misc. / Other Related Information: The Galloway Twp Police was looking for a vehicle involved in a possible theft from Hamilton Twp. Officers stopped the vehicle on the 200 block of Koch Ave in the Pomona section of Galloway Twp. While investigating the alleged theft, two of the occupants of the vehicle were found to in possession of CDS. Stephanie Garcia, 20 years old, from Galloway Twp was found to have 22 grams of crack cocaine and 18 bags of heroin in her possession. Tanisha Watkins, 22 years old, also of Galloway Twp was found to have 394 bags of heroin in her possession. Both women were charged by Ptl. Ken Snuffer with possession of CDS and possession of CDS with the intent to distribute. Galloway Twp Municipal Court Judge Howard Freed set bail at $75,000 for Watkins and $100,000 for Garcia. Both women were lodged in the Atlantic County Jail.
